Olshansky and Marcellus attempt to clear a young African-American family man -- and recent convert to Islam -- whom the FBI has wrongly arrested as its sole suspect for a deadly state courthouse bombing.
The FBI is convinced that the man, Rasheed, not only bombed the courthouse, but is a member of a terrorist cell that is planning future attacks. Rasheed's recent conversion to Islam isn't helping his cause with the Feds, who end up arresting Olshansky as well -- thanks to Jamie's attempt to hack into the FBI's database from Olshansky's computer for facts to help clear Rasheed.
The FBI's relentless means of interrogating Rasheed about his alleged terrorist cell intensifies after a second fatal bombing, causing him to fear he'll be detained indefinitely. Meanwhile, Olshansky and Marcellus hope they haven't cracked the code of bombing targets too late -- after realizing that someone close to Olshansky may be in harm's way.
